Some deaths are not ordained by God. So when you hear your pastor say 'God gives and God takes', just take it as one of those consolatory talks especially when the cause of death is self-inflicted.

If you will drive, common sense should warn you not to get drunk. When you ram into a parked trailer or tumble into a ditch, we would all gather and hear the same "God gives and God takes" Hian!!!!
When you allow yourself to be pummeled and re-shaped in the hands of an abusive man and advised by family and pastors to stay, pray and be submissive. If death comes knocking, Be assured that God didn't take you...Your pastor and family sent you to great beyond.
No matter how busy, industrious and hardworking you might be, take out time for a routine checkup. HBP kills very fast. If you die of stress or a manageable condition, God didn't take you. Your carelessness did.
